Three Chord Improv - Take 1,290

Post by Quito W »

So went with Am, Dm and E7
followed the first five notes of each chord and then drones on the break
there is little worse than getting to the end and screwing up and starting over...one...more...time
thank you for watching
By the way, all of you playing with both hands are very inspiring to me as I find it incredibly difficult to do with any confidence

thanks for being the first to post, Quito. I am feeling inspired by how great a simple improv can sound. And I like how you change the beat slightly near the end.

That was fantastic, Quito! When in doubt, play a scale! It sounded great. You fooled me; you seemed quite confident playing with both hands :)

Thank you and yes, always start with the first five notes and see how they sound. If they sound alright, well, cool!

Also, thank you for listening!

Quito-- Loved your choice of chords and the rhythm you put to the improvisation! I continue to be impressed with your relaxed accordion face!

Hi Quito,
I haven't done a monthly challenge yet. Ever. But you really inspired me! Since we have May and June, I am going to set this as my intention. Thank you for sharing! :P

I find I have to get mine in early because if I wait, I get super intimidated by the other entries and don't do it.
I look forward to seeing your entry!
