November challenge

Post by Mary L »

Hi! Here is my submission. I think that I thought too much about it. Is it better to just do it? Will there be more mistakes or does going with the flow work out better? Still trying to figure that out. Mary

That turned out nice. Just do it..a great philosophy. I think too much about everything and it does no good. Your accordion is pretty.

Looking good Mary!

I think there is a time and place for either approach, and your mistakes will disappear with time played, don't worry too much about it.

Anyway, I think the most interesting musicians continue to push their boundaries and make plenty of mistakes, it's how they recover from them that matters....carry on! Tom

HI Ann and Tom,
Thanks for reviewing the video and for the feedback. Ann, I bought my accordion from Martin who Ronen mentions a bit in his videos. The fit and sound are soooo much better than the accordion I rented. So glad I purchased it---I always look forward to practicing with it.

Mary that was fabulous! Those first seven notes, going down using semi-tones...
Short and sweet. Would've loved to hear you continue that melody.
You did it!
